 Angry

A lot of the time I can completely see JK's point of view with regard to some of the layabouts who appear on the show. However... I am one of the many unemployed in the UK but NOT because I'm lazy. It is hard enough to get further than the application stage, let alone to 2nd interview stage.

I worked for 22 years before losing my job at the end of last year and am STILL unemployed. But not through want of trying as I've applied for over 160 jobs, I'm signed up with 6 agencies in person, 5 agencies online, and scan the local papers weekly.  It really is very very hard but I won't be put off.  I don't want to be on benefits for any longer than necessary, but I think JK should give SOME of his guests a bit of a break if they've been job-hunting for a while and still haven't been given that initial chance.
