Gender reassignment

I'm not a member of the "PC" brigade, a statement which clearly shows you total lack of understanding of the topic of gender reassignment.
A broken leg can be presumed with the sighting of a plaster cast, how do see a broken mind?
I have listened to many people in the same position as Becky.
I would like to share a general point with you and in particular Becky's parents- that is, accept Becky for who she is or risk losing her.
Most of the people I have listened to have been trapped in the wrong body and tend to self harm. Some have gone on to suicide!
