i actually am out of control i think....i smoke an eights of cannabis a day
im always paranoid ant violent...iv'e been a dealer...a grower and ive commited other crimes.....im not proud and want help to stop...any ideas???

yes,get a f****** grip!!! You know you're doing/involved in these things so break the patterns and cycles.Get away from the crowd you hang out with (note: I did not say friends) and start looking at the direction you  want your life to go.It's not easy,if it was you wouldn't be where you are now,but if you don 't start making positive moves for yourself nobody will see the effort you're putting in and try to help.

i was an out of control teen ..and into my late twenties.....
i developed a drug habit...became dependant on drink too.
it wasnt till i had my first child that i realised what i was doing to both myself and my family and those close to me.
people who say they cannot turn their life around are talking crap..they can...just have no will power and gut determination to do it...i was lowest of the low..lost most of my family contact through what i did as a young person and now regret fully what i did....

my only saving grace now is i have a large family of my own its not perfect but im there for at all times...with help counselliing and love..most of all HUGS.....

i have a daughter who drinks one smokes pot....i have told them the dangers time and time again what they are doing to their young bodies....
because of my constant nagging and concern for them i think im making a break through...

i have a very open relationship with all my children they CAN come to me with anything ..knowing i wont judge scream shout or jump down their throat..i`ll listen..give advice and then tell them that only person that can change is is you ..but i will be there every step of way............

i know now what my parents and family went through with me ...
my adice for anyone reading this..is you may hae an out of control teen..we all have been at some point..take what you can from your exp...and use it for the child...dont be quick to argue with the child make time to sit down and talk..yes talk no shouting ..and LISTEN....it worked for me...it might for you..
