i need some help i think i have an eating disorder and i dont know how to fix it or me. i wish we had shows like jeremys over here but we dont , but we do have a lack of help and i dont know what to do im sick of this and i really want to kill myself i feel like its the only way out. im stuk in a visiou cycle an i cant get out. i start to eat and i go fine for say a month then i start skipping meals then i start only eating vegies{like i am now}then i stop altogether. last time this happened i almost didnt come back and that was 2 1/2 months ago i know that i will not be able to come out of this again. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME I CANT HANDLE THIS ANYMORE

i need help 2 sort my life out my head is all over the place. iam a emotional disaster waiting to happen. i need some good counciling as its not working. i cant go forwords in life as i cant get over the past, and its to hard to forget. my emotions are all over the place. please graham i need your help.

To heal and move on in life is not always to forget but learn to deal with your past. If your present councillor isnt working for you then you need to go back to your GP and talk to them about changing who you see. Also are you taking medication? Im not saying it's what you need but in a lot of cases it levels you out enough to start dealing with whatever it is you need to deal with. If you dont mind me asking what is in your past thats effecting your future?

my name is irene and i an having problems with my youngest brother his name is george recently is very absusive to me and to both of my perants he  calls them all the name you can think of he also went to hit my father and breaks everything in the house my perants are at there tither with him they dont know wot  eles they can do with him so i am asking you if there is anything that you can suggest i to have two younge children and they are seeing everything wot he is doing to there grand perants please i dont know wot eles to do if there is anything out there please let me know
