this site has the largest database in the uk. Electrol, people search, give it a try.

Also try friendreunited site, you never know, they may have registered here to find old school / work mates..

hey my names alex im 19 years old, my dad left me when i was about 2 and i want to find him but im scared to ask questions about him to my mum, all i no hes called ste iv got a couple of pictures of him i found in a box at home and on the envelope it had a "S" on meaning his first letter of his name, i keep one of the pictures of me and him under my pillow every night because i just want him near me. It feels like im missing half of me. I had my last name changed when i was 16 because it was my dads last name "Bibby" now iv had it changed to my mums last name.

Alex,you know his name's Steve bibby,it's a start. You must take the bull by the horns,talk to your mother and get some answers,however painful.The truth really can hurt but if it's the truth you want,you have to be prepared for it. Good luck
