please help find my friends dad

Hi I am helping a friend to find her dad who left before she was born.  We do not know very much about him as her mum wont talk about it.
All we know is that his name is Michael / Ian Fish and he was in the RAF.  We're not sure if he was based at RAF Innsworth or if he was just training there between the years 1989 and late 1990 and we think he would be in his late 30's to mid 40's.
Please help us find him as she would really like to meet him and know more about him.
