JEREMY KYLE 1000th SHOW

Hi my name is Andrew Hill and I’m an assistant producer on The Jeremy Kyle Show at ITV. We are currently putting together the show’s 1000th episode and I’m really interested in hearing from the true fans of the show. As this is going to be a bit of a special we want to give some lucky viewers the chance to appear on the show themselves, but there’s a twist, we want to see the best tributes to Jeremy recorded by you, this could be a song, a band, a sketch, a play the more creative the better!
