Hello:

This is my first post on this forum and, as my title suggests, thank God there are many others out there who can help me.  How do I get rid of this addiction?  I have seen the show most days that I have been in the country since 2006!  Yet I agree with almost nothing that Jeremy Kyle says.  Can anyone help me?
