Looking for an old episode, details inside?

Hi all

Sorry to register to ask you all one question, but I don't know where else to look!

I am looking for an episode, I am sure it's where the guy (I know him..) is asking his girlfriend to take him back, I am also pretty sure that she say's no (quite rightly so!)

I've Googled to no avail, but thats probably because he has the same name as a famous American fashion guy.

The other distinguishing thing I can tell you is that he has REALLY bad teeth. Mind, i'm not sure in the context how distinguishing it is

If anybody has any recollection of this episode, or any idea where I can watch i'd love to see it again!

I think he's been on twice too, I haven't a clue why he went on the second time.

Ohhh and it's at least a year ago...

I did see it on the ITV website shortly after it had been aired, but I can't find it on there now. I'm pretty sure it was last summer.
