help contact my children

Hello:)
Please help me contact my children.
I have tracked them all there pre adult life.
I left all my telephone numbers with my mother(granma).
She promised me she would tell me if she heard from my children.
She and my younger brother have been to both my girls weddings.
I was not told.
There is a rift between my mother, children, and any possible Grandchildren/Great Grandchildren.
I repeatedly ask my mum "R U A GREAT GRAND MA YET"
No reply from my mum
